Local caterers get perfect food safety score again
The food preparation facilities of a local catering business recently passed a Harris County examination with flying colors.
Inspectors paid their regular visit to What's Cookin' Catering, 13329 Veterans Memorial Drive N., on Feb. 17. They gave the caterers a score of zero demerits out of a possible 100 -- a perfect score.
What's Cookin' also received a perfect score in its May 2010 inspection. Some problems with the business' hand-washing facilities were noted in April and a follow-up visit was ordered, but the caterers received a perfect score on that visit as well.
