A Spring woman is suing a craft store in town after she allegedly slipped on soap.
Julia Sevilla-Saldana filed the lawsuit against Hobby Lobby June 3 in Harris County District Court. She accuses the store of negligence.
According to the petition, the alleged incident happened in February 2010 at the Hobby Lobby store on FM 1960 in Spring. Sevilla-Saldana says she was walking to the register when she slipped on a soapy bubble-making solution on the floor.
Sevilla-Saldana says she seriously hurt her tailbone in the fall.
