A Harris County resident is suing after paying $2,300 for false eyelashes.

Soriano says that she recently hired Mousselli to teach her how to apply false eyelashes. Soriano paid $2,300 for this service, which included false eyelash instruction and supplies, but Mousselli supplied neither, according to the press release.

Soriano is seeking damages, attorney’s fees and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Harry Arthur.
