Spring High School graduate Nico Taylor went 2-for-3 with a run scored and an RBI, but the Gulf Coast League Blue Jays lost to the GCL Braves, 11-10, Thursday
Taylor is a 2010 graduate of Spring High School. He was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the seventh round (216th overall) of the 2010 Major League Baseball draft. He signed his first professional contact with Toronto on Aug. 9, 2010. He was born May 11, 1992, in Spring.
