Spring man charged with third DWI
A Spring man previously convicted of driving while intoxicated was arrested again last night on the same charge, according to a complaint filed in the Harris County Criminal Court.
Joshua Rucker, aged 33, of 23303 Pine Post in Spring, is charged with a felony count of DWI. The complaint does not specify where the alleged incident took place.
Rucker’s bond has been set at $10,000, according to online court documents.
He was convicted of driving while intoxicated in Harris County in May, 2000 and in Montgomery County in October 1998.
