HS Football Preview: Klein Collins vs. Cy Lakes
Klein Collins visits Cy Lakes in high school football action Saturday.
The Tigers are 1-0 on the season after beating Travis 42-13 last Saturday in Klein Memorial Stadium. Running back Marcus Goodson rushed for 188 yards and three scores for Klein Collins, who will visit Willowridge on Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Hall Stadium. The Spartans are playing their first game of the season for Head Coach Robert Blackshear. They were a varsity start-up last season, and struggled, going 1-9 overall and 1-8 in district play. Following the Klein Collins clash, Cy Lakes will visit Cy-Fair next Saturday at 6 p.m. in Pridgeon Stadium. The Tigers and Spartans are set to kick off Saturday at 7 p.m. in Pridgeon Stadium.
