Adult art workshops at The Pearl

One workshop will involve experimenting with chalk pastels.

The Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts will hold two adult art workshops on Jan. 11 and one on Jan. 12.

The workshops, which will involve experimenting with chalk pastels, will take place from 9 a.m. to noon and 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., Jan. 11 and 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., Jan. 12. They are designed for beginners, but all experience levels are welcome.

The cost is $20 for museum members and $25 for nonmembers and includes supplies. The special teacher’s price is $15. Workshops occur monthly.
