Spring Walmart named in slip-and-fall suit

Walmart is being sued over claims that its failure to provide shoppers in Spring a safe environment caused a customer to be injured.
 
Tamara White filed a lawsuit on Jan. 17 in Harris County District Court against Walmart Stores Texas, citing negligence.

White says on Nov. 23, 2011, she suffered injuries while shopping at Walmart, located at 155 Louetta Crossing in Spring. According to the brief, she slipped and fell in a puddle of milk left on the floor.
