Spring man sues former girlfriend over Infiniti G35
A Spring man is suing over claims his former girlfriend refuses to return his Infiniti G35.
Spring resident Brandon Neal filed a lawsuit on Jan. 24 in Harris County District Court against Tameka Ephraim, citing conversion.
Neal says in March 2010, he agreed to secure a finance loan for his then-girlfriend, Ephraim, for the purchase of a two-door black Infiniti G35. In April 2011, the couple broke up and Ephraim left with the car, but failed to keep up with the payments, according to the brief.
Neal is seeking injunctive relief demanding the return of the car, as well as damages, attorney’s fees and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Courtney St. Julian.
