Spring parents sue over alleged dog bite

Parents are suing after, they say, a dog injured their son.

Spring residents Tammy Hall and Jon Mough, on behalf of their minor son, filed a lawsuit on Feb. 14 in Harris County District Court against Kenneth Bristol, citing negligence.

Hall and Mough say on July 1, 2011, Bristol’s dog attacked their son without provocation in front of their Fir Forest home.

The two are seeking damages and court costs. They are representing themselves in the case.
