Friends and Neighbors of 1960 to meet at St. Ignatius
The Friends and Neighbors of 1960 women's club is scheduled to meet at 9:30 a.m. on March 6 at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 7810 Cypresswood Drive.
The meeting, “Financial Planning for the Long Run,” will be held in the Christus Center at the church. Financial adviser Kent McGill will be present to offer help and advice for financial planning.
The club meets on the first Tuesday of each month from September to May. The group focuses on forming new friendships within the community while participating in charitable and humanitarian projects. Activities include book clubs, golfing, hiking and bowling, as well as both day and overnight trips.
