HS softball: Klein defeats Tomball
In a slugfest, Klein edged Tomball 11-10 in high school softball action on Thursday, in a District 13-5A match-up.
With the win, Klein improves to 10-12 overall and 5-5 in district play.
Kelli Hanzel stuck out four on her way to the win.
Klein will next visit Dekaney on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
With the loss, Tomball drops to 17-2 overall and 8-2 in district play.
Kandace Patek took the loss.
Tomball will next visit Collins on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
