Clear Springs High to host cooking arts event

Clear Springs High School will host the Culinary Arts Extravaganza from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. April 20 at Clear Springs High School, 501 Palomino Street, in League City.

Aspiring chefs will join a team of Houston-area guest chefs to prepare a variety of dishes.

The Upswing Clear Creek Independent School District jazz band will provide entertainment throughout the evening.

Tickets are $40 per person and can be purchased in advance at all high school campuses in the area or at the Education Support Center in the office of communications.

Seating is limited, but a table for eight guests can be reserved for $20.
