Harris County seeks to shut down Spring tire shop
Harris County is seeking to shut down an alleged unpermitted tire shop in Spring.
Harris County filed a lawsuit on Monday, April 16 in the Harris County District Court against Ignacio Victorica, citing flood plain violations and unpermitted development.
Harris County says on March 22, 2011, and April 27, 2011, an investigator noted an unpermitted tire shop on Victorica's property, located in the 23000 block of Aldine Westfield in Spring.
Victorica did submit a permit application on March 25, 2011, but it was rejected because it lacked a site survey and a fire code review, according to the brief.
The county is seeking injunctive relief and court costs. It is being represented in the case by Assistant County Attorney Sarah Jane Utley.
