Klein Collins High tennis duo places second in regionals

Senior Steven Mundt and junior Clay Jones, both from Klein Collins High School, placed second in boys doubles at the regional tournament April 17-18 in Waco, losing in the third set of the finals before winning in straight sets in the playback match.

They lost the first set 4-6, won the second set 6-4, but lost the third set 5-7. The team won the District 13-5A Tennis Tournament in Tomball earlier this month.
