Texas Repertory Theatre Company unveils schedule

The Texas Repertory Theatre Company announced its eighth season lineup.

The 2012-2013 season, titled "The Living Art," will begin Aug. 23 and will feature six productions during the season and an additional summer musical event, according to a press release.

The season will open with Ken Ludwig's comedy "Leading Ladies," which will run from Aug. 23 to Sept. 16 and, followed by Mark Medoff's "When Ya Comin Back, Red Ryder?" from Oct. 11 to Nov. 4; Joe Landry's "It's a Wonderful Life" from Nov. 29 to Dec. 23; James Goldman's "The Lion in Winter" from Jan. 24 to Feb. 27; Stephen Sondheim's "Company" from March 14 to April 7; Bernard Slade's "Tribute" from May 2 to May 26; and Stephen Schwartz and John Michael Tebelak's "Godspell" June 27 to July 28.

All shows will be performed at the Texas Repertory Theatre, located at 14243 Stuebner Airline Road.
