Curt S. Belusar acquired a five-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 20730 Windrose Bend Drive in Klein from Douglas and Ingrid McOsker on March 22.

The McOskers acquired the home in March 2004. The 3,904-square-foot house was built in 2004 in the Windrose West subdivision. It is valued at $315,175.

Mr. Belusar works as a platform research and development, scalable computing and infrastructure director at Hewlett Packard.

He obtained bachelor's degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Purdue University and a master's degree in electrical engineering from Rice University.

Belusar acquired a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 15822 Oak Island Drive in Tomball in Nov. 2002.
