Ivan Abrahm Raya and Tobias Joseph Raya acquired a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1950 Natalie Rose Drive in North Houston from Terra Firma Now Enterprise LLC on Aug. 29.
The 1,840-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Sugar Pine Pavilion subdivision. It is valued at $129,141.
Mr. Ivan Raya works as a project engineer at Hensel Phelps Construction Co., a construction company.
He received his B.S. in mathematics and applied science at the University of California, Los Angeles.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,690 home sales in North Houston during the past 12 months.
