Brian Ambridge and Audrey Ambridge acquired a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 4526 Countrypines Drive in Spring from Marcus L. Norvell IV and Miranda L. Norvell on Nov. 22.
The Norvells acquired the property in September 2006. The 2,734-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Country Lake Estates subdivision. It is valued at $184,556.
Brian Ambridge is a subcontract administrator at KBR, an American engineering, construction and private military contracting company. Before joining KBR, he was an administrative intern at the Allstate Sugar Bowl.
He holds a B.S. in sports administration from the University of Houston.
Marcus Norvell is a Smith Bits technical sales representative at Schlumberger, an oilfield services provider. He previously worked as an executive sales representative at Smith International/Smith Technologies.
