Ghada Philips has relisted a five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 14 Lillington Manor Court in Spring for $1.33 million.
Philips originally listed the home for $1.31 million in May 2011 and relisted it at the reduced price in February 2012. Susan M. Matson of Prudential Gary Greene Realtors is still the listing agent.
The 7,347-square-foot house was built in 2009 in Gleannloch Farms. It is valued at $673,008.
Philips is a lawyer.
She holds a bachelor's degree from California State University-Northridge and received her J.D. from the Western State University College of Law.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,528 home sales in Spring during the past 12 months.
