Garreth Speer has listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 22403 Wenbury Drive in Tomball for $264,900.

Speer acquired the property in July 2007. The 3,414-square-foot home was built in the Inverness Estates subdivision in 2006. David Jordan of Re/Max Lakeland is the listing agent.

Speer is the vice president for operations at Fibertown, a provider of data center solutions. He joined Fibertown from JPMorgan Chase, where he served as vice president of infrastructure development. He has also served leadership roles in the legal, hospitality and chemical industries.

Speer holds a number of certifications including certified project management professional, VMware certified professional, MCITP enterprise administrator and Microsoft certified senior engineer.
