Irvin T. Gregory and Elizabeth L. Gregory have listed for sale a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 16611 Fern Rock Falls Court in Spring for $565,000.

The Gregorys acquired the property in March 2007. The 4,053-square-foot house was built in the Falls at Champion Forest subdivision in 2006. Arlene Simmons of Keller Williams Realty is the listing agent.

Irvin Gregory is the president and CEO of Hospital Investment Group LLC. He also serves on the advisory board of Vitasol Inc., a biotechnology company dedicated to the research and development of novel therapies. He previously served as president and CEO of Physicians Surgical Care Inc., a Houston-headquartered ambulatory surgery center company. He has also held executive positions at Amedisys Surgery Centers Inc., Surgical Partners of America and Medical Care International.
