Cypress-Woodlands Junior Forum donated $5,000 to The Woodlands' Interfaith School Supply.
According to a press release, the program provides school supplies to families facing economic hardship. More than 2,000 kits will be distributed to help qualified students start the school year with necessary supplies.
Each child receives a complete school- and grade-specific supply kit. A new backpack and voucher from Interfaith's Hand Me Up Resale Store allows the student to select a new back-to-school outfit.
