Spring ISD children graduate from Wunsche Early Learning Academy

Zarius Thompson, an Early Learning Academy graduate, front and center, smiles big for the audience during a performance of "I Like Me" during the graduation program at Carl Wunsche Senior High School.

On May 25, 19 4-year-olds donned traditional caps and gowns and graduated from Carl Wunsche Senior High School's Early Learning Academy.

The academy serves children 6 weeks old through the age of 4 and also serves as an onsite lab experience for Wunsche High School students who are looking for careers in teaching young children.

At graduation, the youngsters marched into the conference room and performed songs for family and friends. The event concluded with the presentation of graduation certificates to all 19 children.

Members of the 2012 graduating class are Jason Bellinger, Ariel Bielamowicz, Brayden Cartwright, Alyssa Commiso, Patrick Cowan, Anthony Duhon, Ford Graham, Connor Hensley, Taylor Hoke, Kiara Lewis, Gavin Marquez, George Nikolas Michalinos, Addison Oliver, Jimena Rodriguez, Madison Sutton, Alex Taft, Hannah Thesis, Zarius Thompson and Natalia Zagal.
