Westpark Communications CEO Kathie Edwards featured in Forbes magazine
After opening a second office in December, President and CEO of Westpark Communications Kathie Edwards was featured in Forbes magazine for high client approval.
Since most call centers are going overseas, Edwards and her mother before her are working to bring a Texan back to answer those calls. Companies have come to her if they are looking to be on-call for their customers rather than someone overseas.
In discussing her second office, Edwards stated, “I knew we could offer more services…and so I wanted to diversify the type of services and diversify the type of employees that we would hire at different levels. It’s very important for us to have that feeling for their callers that we are their office.”
The new northwest Houston location offers a space for 70 new operators, so that companies can continue to rely on Westpark for their customer service needs. WPC is now a major player on the national scale, providing services for Fortune 500 corporations and meeting organizational interests around the world.
