Southeast Texas Tae Kwon Do Academy offering summer camp
Martial Arts Summer Camp will be offered from 6:30 a.m.-7 p.m. during the week of July 16 at Southeast Texas Tae Kwon Do Academy.
This camp has been taking place for more than 13 years and providing children with a safe and active learning experience.
Various activities will take place throughout the week of camp. On July 16, participants will play on the Slip-N-Slide from noon to 1:30 p.m. On July 17, participants will play basketball and Frisbee from 1-3 p.m. On July 18 there will be swimming from 1-4 p.m. On July 19 there will be a picnic at Spring Creek from 1-3 p.m. On July 20 there will be movies and popcorn from 1-3 p.m.
Camp participants should bring flip-flops, a swimsuit, a T-shirt and sunscreen. Some special activities may cost extra money, but they will never be more than $5. Funds will cover the snacks and tickets for the field trip.
