Spring Walmart named in slip-and-fall suit
A woman is suing after, she says, she suffered an injurious fall while shopping at the Spring-area Walmart.
Rosemary Derryberry filed a lawsuit Friday, July 6 in the Harris County District Court against Wal-Mart Stores and Jameetri Washington, citing negligence.
Derryberry says on March 6, she suffered serious injuries while walking through Walmart, located at 3450 FM 1960, in Spring. According to the brief, she slipped and fell on a slick orange liquid left on the floor.
Derryberry is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Blaine Tucker.
