Barbara Bush Library to hold social media marketing class
Those interested in learning more about Facebook are invited to a free seminar on social media marketing.
The course is ideal for people who want to learn how to use Facebook and social media tools to market their business and increase distribution. Computer users and business owners of all experience levels are invited to attend.
Topics to be discussed during the class include the basics of social networking, Facebook language and pros to using the service for marketing; differences between a Facebook profile page and business page; how to set up and customize a Facebook business page; and creating synergies between Facebook and other media portals.
The workshop runs from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. July 28 at Barbara Bush Branch Library, 6817 Cypresswood Drive, Spring. For more information, call 281-376-4610.
