Harris County Sheriff's Office investigates $20,000 metal heist

Authorities continue to investigate after an unknown suspect stole $20,000 worth of steel materials from a local business park.

Investigators say a white man drove a maroon Ford pickup truck to a covered storage area at about 10:30 p.m. June 17, loaded $20,000 worth of metal into the truck bed and drove away.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office released surveillance video of the theft, which occurred in the 5000 block of FM 2920.
