Anderson Elementary School releases first-grade school supply list
Anderson Elementary School has released a list of necessary school supplies for first-grade students.
Students will need two 24-count packs of Crayola crayons; one 5-inch pair of blunt Fiskar scissors; one 7 and 5/8 ounce bottle of Elmer's glue, one pack of 110 Kleenex tissues; one pack of 15 resealable gallon freezer bags, 48 Oriole or American number two wooden pencils; two black Expo dry erase markers; three wide-ruled spiral notebooks containing 70 pages each; two each of red and yellow pocket and brad folders; one each of green, purple and blue pocket and brad folders; one pack of 150 pages of wide-ruled filler paper; one pack of 50 12-by-18-inch manila paper; one pack of 50 12-by-18-inch assorted construction paper; one half-inch Red BL 8-by-10-inch Bond writing paper ream containing 500 sheets, one pack of 100 white index cards, one pack of Crayola eight-count washable watercolor paints with brush, and one Xerographic paper ream with 500 sheets.
These supplies are needed for the 2012-2013 school year starting in the fall. Spring Independent School District classes will start on Monday, Aug. 27.
