The following arrests were reported by the Harris County Sheriff's Office for the period of Aug. 2-4:
A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a state felony charge of abandoning or endangering a child with intent to return, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 33-year-old female lives on Walters Road in Houston.
A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class A misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana, 2 to 4 ounces, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 29-year-old male lives on Southampton Drive in Spring.
A Spring man was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) on Aug. 2, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 46, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 3 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides on Lamaster Lane.
A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class B misdemeanor charge of ($50 to $500), the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 29-year-old female lives on Deerhaven Drive in Spring.
A woman was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and theft between $50 and $500 on Aug. 2, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 23-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 3 and is facing class A misdemeanor and class B misdemeanor charges. She resides on Auburn Terrace Drive.
A Houston man was arrested and charged with failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance, driving without a Texas operator's license and failure to attend school on Aug. 2, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 18, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 2 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. He resides on Dunson Glen Drive.
A Houston man was arrested and charged with burglary of a vehicle and trespassing on a property or in a building without forcible entry on Aug. 2, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 22, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 2 and is facing class A misdemeanor class B misdemeanor charges. He resides on Butterfield Road.
A Houston man is facing class C misdemeanor charges of continuing violation of obligation by child now after being arrested on Aug. 2, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 17, resides on Airtex Drive. He was booked on Aug. 2.
A woman was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 4 under 28 grams, no stop lights, driving with an invalid license, expired inspection certificate and driving with expired registration on Aug. 3, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 27-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 4 and is facing class B misdemeanor and class C misdemeanor charges. She resides on Hollow Tree Lane.
A man was arrested on charges of defective taillight and failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance on Aug. 3, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 21-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 4 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. He resides on Edgewood Place.
