The 25-year-old male lives in Rolling Creek in Houston. A Houston woman is facing third-degree felony Class C misdemeanor charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (1 to 4 grams), expired inspection certificate, driving with expired registration and failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance after being arrested on Aug. 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 34, resides in Dominion Park. She was booked on Aug. 6. A Spring man was arrested and charged with theft between $50 and $500 on Aug. 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 54, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 6 and is facing a Class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Spring Day Lane. A man was arrested on a charge of resisting arrest and search on Aug. 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 22-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 6 and is facing a Class A misdemeanor charge. He resides in Birsay. A woman was arrested on a charge of theft between $50 and $500 on Aug. 5, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 18-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 6 and is facing a Class B misdemeanor charge. She resides in Midway Pass Court. A man was arrested on charges of driving without a Texas operator's license, speeding in a school zone, driving with expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance, speeding and expired inspection certificate on Aug. 6, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. A Spring man was arrested and charged with making a terroristic threat and assault causing bodily injury on Aug. 6, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a Class B misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) with a blood alcohol concentration over .08, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported.
