Spring construction company blamed for Pearland motorcycle accident

A Texas man is suing over claims he suffered injuries in a motorcycle accident when a Spring construction worker allegedly compromised road conditions in Pearland.    Arnold Marsh Sr. filed a lawsuit on Aug. 16 in Harris County District Court against Lindsey Construction, of Spring, citing negligence.    Marsh says on Feb. 15, 2011, he suffered injuries when a Lindsey Construction employee flagged him to continue through while the worker was spraying the road at a work site, allegedly causing Marsh to wreck his motorcycle, according to the brief.   Marsh is seeking damages and court costs.
