Spring construction company blamed for Pearland motorcycle accident
A Texas man is suing over claims he suffered injuries in a motorcycle accident when a Spring construction worker allegedly compromised road conditions in Pearland. Arnold Marsh Sr. filed a lawsuit on Aug. 16 in Harris County District Court against Lindsey Construction, of Spring, citing negligence. Marsh says on Feb. 15, 2011, he suffered injuries when a Lindsey Construction employee flagged him to continue through while the worker was spraying the road at a work site, allegedly causing Marsh to wreck his motorcycle, according to the brief. Marsh is seeking damages and court costs. He is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Dax Frank Garza. Harris County District Court Case No. 2012-47051.
