Evening with Brahms set for Sept. 21

Houston Symphony's Evening with Brahms will start at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21 at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, in The Woodlands.

Admission and $15 for orchestra and free for mezzanine and lawn seating.

This is an evening dedicated to three of Johannes Brahms greatest works, including "Variations on a Theme of Haydn," "Concerto for Violin" and Cello and Symphony No. 4.

Gates will open at 7 p.m. Tablets, such as iPads and Kindles, are not permitted in the venue because they can distract other guests and the artists.

The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is at 2005 Lake Robbins Drive.
