Visitors to the gasbuddy.com website reported rates for 82 gas stations in and around Spring and Klein as of Friday, Aug. 31. The average price of regular unleaded in Spring and Klein is $3.63 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Texas average at $3.66, Houston average at $3.64, and the nationwide average at $3.80.

The average gas price in Spring and Klein last week was $3.51 per gallon.

The least expensive gas in Spring and Klein is reported to be $3.49 for a gallon of regular unleaded, which a gasbuddy.com contributor logged at Texaco, 24900 Kuykendahl Road.

A gasbuddy.com user reported the most expensive gas in the area at $3.75, which was being sold at Exxon, 1950 Louetta Road.
