Home health care business sues employee over alleged lock-out in Spring
A home health care business is suing over claims one of its officer's is attempting to ruin the business with a wrongful lock-out in Spring.
CCI Enterprise filed a lawsuit Aug. 29 in the Harris County District Court against Anthony Oji, citing breach of fiduciary duty and conversion. The plaintiff says Oji, one of its officers, has purposefully disrupted its business by locking up the offices of CCI Enterprises, 19517 Doerre Road, Spring.
The lock-out prevents employees from gaining access to corporate documents, computers and corporate vehicles, according to the brief. The suit alleges the court must grant CCI injunctive relief or Oji's actions will cause the business irreparable harm.
CCI is seeking an injunction and other relief to which it is entitled. It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney Patrick Chukelu.
