High school volleyball: Klein Bearkats to host Kingwood

Klein Bearkats will battle the visiting Humble Kingwood Mustangs in girls high school volleyball action Friday, Sept. 14 at 5:30 p.m. at Klein.   Klein has a record of 5-11 on the season, 3-2 in district play. On Sept. 7, Klein beat DeKaney, 3-0.   The Mustangs are 13-6 on the year, with a perfect 6-0 record in district play. On Sept. 11, Kingwood beat DeKaney, 3-0.   After Friday's match, Klein next plays Klein Forest on Tuesday, Sept. 18.
