Bring on the Raptors event set for Oct. 16

Bring on the Raptors, hosted by Piney Woods Wildlife Society, will start at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16 at Spring Creek Greenway Nature Center, in Spring.

The Piney Woods Wildlife Society will hold a meeting for members of the Outdoor Nature Club Woodlands Hiking Club and the Texas Master Naturalists. Mary Anne Weber, education director for Houston Audubon, will present a program about the history of raptors.

Food and drinks will be available at the free event.

Spring Creek Greenway Nature Center is at 1300 Riley Fuzzell Road.
