Poetry workshop set for Oct. 13

A poetry workshop will be held from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 at Clementines Restaurant.

Three presentations will be given focusing on poetry and photography, lyric poetry and musical rhythm in poetry.

A $25 first place poetry contest will also be held for poems of 28 lines or less with open subject and form.

Food and drinks will be available. Admission costs $45.

Clementines Restaurant is at 6448 W. Fm 1960 Road.
