Harris County Sheriff's Office arrest report, Sept. 9-12

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Sept. 9 to Sept. 12:

A man was arrested on charges of theft between $50 and $500 and theft under $1,500 (third offense) on Sept. 10, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 25-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 13 and is facing class B misdemeanor and state felony charges. He resides in Cypress Wood.

A Spring man was arrested and charged with violating child support and assault of a family member on Sept. 10, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 41, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 10 and is facing class C misdemeanor and class A misdemeanor charges. He resides in Montague.

A Spring woman was arrested and charged with assault of a family member on Sept. 10, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 17, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 10 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge. She resides in Brannon Park Drive.

A man was arrested on a charge of speeding on Sept. 11, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 24-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 12 and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge. He resides in Firewood Lane.

A Spring man was arrested and charged with theft between $50 and $500 on Sept. 11, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 17, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 12 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Tomato.

A man was arrested on a charge of assault of a family member on Sept. 11, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 38-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 12 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge. He resides in Mantana.

A Spring man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 after being arrested on Sept. 11, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 23, resides in Naremore. He was booked on Sept. 12.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class A misdemeanor charge of evading arrest or detention, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 21-year-old male lives in Casemont Drive in Spring.

A woman was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) on Sept. 11, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 20-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 12 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. She resides in Standing Cypress.
