Harris County Sheriff's Office arrest report, Sept. 16-19

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Sept. 16 to Sept. 19:

A man was arrested on a charge of burglary of a home on Sept. 16, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 20-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 17 and is facing a second-degree felony charge. He resides in Cornerstone.

A Spring woman is facing class A misdemeanor, third-degree felony and second-degree felony charges of assault of a family member, retaliation-assault with bodily injury to a public servant and aggravated assault of a family member, respectively, after being arrested on Sept. 16, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 34, resides in Lexington Woods. She was booked on Sept. 17.

A Spring man was arrested and charged with theft between $50 and $500 on Sept. 16, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 17, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 17 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Kim Drive.

A man was arrested on charges of evading arrest and detention with a previous conviction on Sept. 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 23-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 18 and is facing state felony charges. He resides in Lynbriar Lane.

A woman was arrested on charges of motion to revoke parole, failure to possess an I.D. and theft between $50 and $500 on Sept. 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 20-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 18 and is facing felony, class A misdemeanor and class B misdemeanor charges. She resides in Lantern Creek.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a state felony charge of theft under $1,500 (third offense), the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 31-year-old male lives in Cypress Station in Spring.

A Spring man is facing class C misdemeanor charges of expired driver's license, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance, driving with expired registration and expired inspection certificate after being arrested on Sept. 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 30, resides in Goldengrove Drive. He was booked on Sept. 17.

A woman was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class B misdemeanor charge of filing a false report with a police officer, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 18-year-old female lives in Dunson Glenn Drive in Houston.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 on Sept. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 24-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 18 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Hollow Tree.

A woman was arrested on charges of driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance) and failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance on Sept. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 38-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 18 and is facing class B misdemeanor and class C misdemeanor charges. She resides in Apple Arbor.

A Houston man is facing a third-degree felony charge of retaliation-assault with bodily injury to a public servant after being arrested on Sept. 19, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 23, resides in Brundage. He was booked on Sept. 20.

A Spring man was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) on Sept. 19, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 22, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 20 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Sweetmeadow Drive.

A man was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) on Sept. 19, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 22-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 20 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Cypress Station.

A Spring man was arrested and charged with possession of less than 1 gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance on Sept. 19, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 21, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 20 and is facing a state felony charge. He resides in Megan Springs.

A Houston man is facing class C misdemeanor charges of failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance and speeding after being arrested on Sept. 19, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 39, resides in Cypress Station. He was booked on Sept. 19.

A woman was arrested on a charge of intoxicated assault with a vehicle causing severe bodily injury on Sept. 19, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 41-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 19 and is facing a third-degree felony charge. She resides in Mickleham.

A Spring woman was arrested and charged with expired inspection certificate, failure to produce a driver's license on demand, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance and driving with expired registration on Sept. 19, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 28, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 19 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. She resides in Chapel Square.
