Weekly sales roundup for Spring, week ending Sept. 2

There were 88 sales in Spring for the week ending Sunday, Sept. 2, according to houston.blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 4511 Siandra Creek Court. Steven E. Reindl and Duanae F. Reindl sold the home to David B. Dupras and Keli L. Dupras on Sunday, Sept. 2. The 4,869-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3-1/2-bath home was built in 2006 and is located in the Benders Landing Estates subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 39 History Row to Georganne M. Shockey and the sale of 10302 Chelshurst Way Court to James J. Winter and Songkhla Winter.

The Gleannloch Farms neighborhood had the most sales in the area with six, followed by Northampton with five and The Village of Creekside Park with four.
