Weekly sales roundup for Klein, week ending Sept. 2

There were 40 sales in Klein for the week ending Sept. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 16619 Fern Rock Falls Court. Debra J. Gordon and Scott D. Gordon sold the home to Janet B. Burnett and Thomas A. Burnett on Sunday, Sept. 2. The 5,265-square-foot, four-bedroom, 4-1/2-bath home and is located in the Falls at Champion Forest subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 7903 Marshall to Arthur K. Brown and Kathy Brown and the sale of 20111 Stormy Pine Lane to Land Katherine and Land Wesley.

The Gleannloch Farms neighborhood had the most sales in the area with six, followed by Champion Forest with three and Memorial Northwest with three.

Sales volume was 37.9 percent higher than the previous week and 17.6 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Klein has averaged 25 sales per week during the last 12 months.
