Harris County Sheriff's Office arrest report, Sept. 20-22

The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Sept. 20 to Sept. 22:

A man was arrested on a charge of trespassing on a property or in a building without forcible entry on Sept. 20, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 26-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 20 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in Hirschfield.

A man was arrested on a charge of barratry enhanced on Sept. 20, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 59-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 20 and is facing a third-degree felony charge. He resides in Ashmere Lane.

A Spring man is facing class C misdemeanor charges of expired inspection certificate and violating a promise to appear after being arrested on Sept. 20, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 22, resides in Maurita Drive. He was booked on Sept. 20.

A Spring man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of trespassing on property or in a building (no departure) after being arrested on Sept. 20, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 30, resides in Barstow. He was booked on Sept. 20.

A Spring woman is facing a class C misdemeanor charge of parent contributing to truancy after being arrested on Sept. 21, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 25, resides in Spring Sunset. She was booked on Sept. 22.

A Houston man was arrested and charged with assault of a family or household member (impeding breath) on Sept. 21, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 26, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 22 and is facing a third-degree felony charge. He resides in Grand Valley.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a class B misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) with a blood alcohol concentration over .08, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 56-year-old male lives in Spring.

A woman was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 on Sept. 21, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 32-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 22 and is facing a third-degree felony charge. She resides in Stonefield.

A Spring man is facing a class A misdemeanor charge of possession of gambling equipment after being arrested on Sept. 21, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 45, resides in Stuebner Airlin. He was booked on Sept. 22.

A Spring woman was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams), running a red light and violating a promise to appear on Sept. 21, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 22, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 22 and is facing class B misdemeanor and class C misdemeanor charges. She resides in Jay Drive.

A Houston woman is facing class A misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest and search and assault causing bodily injury after being arrested on Sept. 21, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 24, resides in Marners Court. She was booked on Sept. 21.

A Spring man was arrested and charged with speeding on Sept. 21, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 24, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 21 and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge. He resides in Sunnygate.

A Spring man was arrested and charged with assault of a family member on Sept. 22, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 23, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 22 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge. He resides in Peaceful Valley.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content more than .15 on Sept. 22, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 28-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 22 and is facing a class A misdemeanor charge. He resides in Rushworth.

A woman was arrested on a charge of speeding on Sept. 22, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 30-year-old female was booked at the Harris County Jail on Sept. 22 and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge. She resides in Hollow Tree Lane.
