Vistas High School lunch menu for the week of Oct. 15-19 is as follows:

Monday, Oct. 15: Roasted chicken with homemade roll, hot dogs with cheese, chef salad, lasagna and Texas toast, roasted chicken, nacho or taco, baked potato, Asian salad, pizza, and hot sandwich

Tuesday, Oct. 16: Nachos grande, southwest pizza, crispy chicken salad, soft tacos, nacho or taco, baked potato, Asian salad, pizza, hot sandwich, and create-your-own salad

Wednesday, Oct. 17: Macaroni and cheese and Texas toast, homemade chili and whole-grain roll, BLT salad, egg rolls, nacho or taco, baked potato, Asian salad, pizza, and hot sandwich

Thursday, Oct. 18: Chicken nuggets and garlic toast, grilled cheese, chef salad, barbecue rib sandwich, nacho or taco, baked potato, Asian salad, pizza, and hot sandwich

Friday, Oct. 19: Chicken fried steak and Texas toast, chicken tender and Texas toast, southwestern salad, grilled chicken sandwich, nacho or taco, baked potato, Asian salad, pizza, and hot sandwich
