Weekly sales roundup for Klein, week ending Sept. 9

There were 21 sales in Klein for the week ending Sept. 9, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 16934 Barretts Crossing Drive. Brenda Lee Bernal and Cynthia Ann Green sold the home to Peggy Suzanne Good on Sunday, Sept. 9. The 2,806-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bath home is located in the Champion Woods Estates subdivision.
