Weekly sales roundup for Tomball, week ending Sept. 9

There were 26 sales in Tomball for the week ending Sept. 9, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 12707 Pedlars Court. Elsie Adonola Deru sold the home to Carol A. Lilly and Michael E. Lilly on Sunday, Sept. 9. The 3,539-square-foot, four-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home was built in 2003 and is located in the Village Creek subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 11634 Buck Springs Trail to James T. Martin and Nancy Lyn Martin and the sale of 16802 Chewton Glen St. to Cassie Holliday.
