Weekly sales roundup for Klein, week ending Sept. 16

There were 36 sales in Klein for the week ending Sept. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 20603 Dawn Rose Court. Eric Jam and Stephanie Jones sold the home to Lauren H. and Tyler J. Johnson on Sunday, Sept. 16. The 3,630-square-foot, five bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is located in the Windrose West subdivision.
