Weekly sales roundup for Spring, week ending Sept. 16

There were 113 sales in Spring for the week ending Sept. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 5502 White Birch Run. Sarah Lynette Christenson sold the home to Scott B. and Michelle G. Chesebro on Sunday, Sept. 16. The 6,421-square-foot, six bath home was built in 2008 and is located in the Benders Landing Estates subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 82 Manor Lake Estates Circle to Andrew L. and Sharee M. Fike and the sale of 27403 White Birch Run to Tom and Peng L. Ray.

The Birnam Wood neighborhood had the most sales in the area with six, followed by Cypresswood with four and Northampton with four.

Sales volume was 52.7 percent higher than the previous week and 22.8 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Spring has averaged 76 sales per week during the last 12 months.
